Lets Say Thanks

I have just come across an amazing website, www.LetsSayThanks.com . It contains a series of postcards, designed by children, which you can personalize and send to our soldiers. There is no fee to send a postcard, but think of the morale you can help spread to our brave heroes, for they are all heroes, each and every one. Every single day these soldiers are laying their lives on the line for all of us. Take a moment out of your day, won't you, one brief minute to send a postcard to let them know how proud we are of them, and how much their efforts are appreciated. Let us truly show our support and give thanks. This is not a question of politics regarding the war efforts; it is a question of showing support for people, our fellow human beings: neighbors, parents, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, each making a supreme sacrifice so that we all can enjoy the privileges of their efforts. I, for one, am very grateful to these folks and want these unsung heroes to feel the love, the thanks and the respect they deserve. It is the perfect time to show them we care. Veteran’s Day is approaching and we are about to embark on the holiday season. Share one minute of your time to send a postcard from home. It’ll mean the world to our loved ones so far away.
